All prices below are in Canadian Dollars. Rates exclude HST, MAT and 5% Admin Fee.

Check Availability

Can Accommodate a maximum of 10 guests;
Minimum age of primary renter must be 40 years old, person making the reservation request must be one of the guests staying at the home;
Regent House is a private home and cannot be used as a venue for large gatherings, parties, weddings, BBQ's;
Only registered guests are permitted on the property;
Check-in time is 4pm or later, Check-out time is 11am;
50% deposit by VISA, Mastercard, is required to confirm a reservation;
The remaining balance is due 60 Days prior to check in date;
All Stays are subject to a cleaning fee of $200;
Cancellations made prior to 60 days will forfeit 10% of the total booking value;
Cancellations within 60 days of check-in will forfeit 100% of the rental amount less any days we are able to re-book;
Any transfer of bookings to a future date within 60 days of arrival date is subject to a 50% charge of the total original booking value;
In lieu of a security deposit - we reserve the right to charge for any loss or damage assessed on departure;
No smoking is permitted on the property and we regret we cannot accommodate pets;
